you can do the jets boats both ways on the rouge,from grants pass down on the hellgate canton tour or from goldbeach oregon on the coast you can go up the rouge on jerry's or mailboats

Really now?! If I'm not mistaken I think its a river and oh wait doesn't that mean moving water? The river erodes it's self and most of the river is rock anyways.
