  • Its simple. MAZ is pronounced "mazz". There is no elongated "a". When I hear it pronounced "maaz" I cringe too. Yes it is a Japanese name, they don't elongate the "a". It sounds weird when Americans say it, and it's yet another word which is murdered by their swaggering speak. I also LOL when i hear them talking about helicopters that hover. Nope, in American they don't "HO-VER", they "HUV-VER". Heh, bless their socks : )

  • No, fucktard, that's how tossers like you pronounce it in the USA. The Japanese call it Matsuda. The rest of the world pronounces it the right way. Even when Japanese say Mazda they get it right.
