And there I thought I was the only one. I saw Blind Guardian live about a week ago and Hansi looked downright *BADASS* with his short hair. It was really epic! First time of my life, my hometown made me proud :)

It's so Amazing that these guys had a great inspiration which made them basically rewrite the Silmarillion's most important moments and events, in a whole different form of arts.. I love what these guys did.. True Tolkien and Blind Guardian fan, HAIL FROM FINLAND!

Yes, it's nice. A pity that Hansi doesn't sings as in the album at all times. Most of time changes those high-voice parts into low. And he does it very well. I think that he can't sing like that for long (and years dont pass in vain...).

I can tell you from my own experience, you can never pull such high notes live as you do in the studio, its got something to do with the crowd around I guess, you just get nervous even though you know you shouldnt (I dont know if that makes any sense, just speaking my mind). Anyway Hansi sure is one of my idols
