I know to some the life of a little dog doesn't mean much but, to me he meant everything. My friend, who had unconditional love for me, and I for him. We had intimate quiet moments, I would scratch his little chest and he would just lean into me and look at me and you could see the love that was there. He'd run and play and I would chase him he loved it. We had great times. The vet found a tumor, it's bad enough that he had lymphoma, but I had to put him down Christmas day last year. Life sucks.

Where they worked and where they ended up. Usually a hospital or a nursing home. Then there's the few words at the memorial, a little dinner then you are rarely mentioned again. It's a shame. They should write her name in the sky in one hundred foot letters. ELLEN, you are already missed, and it's only a few hours.

They had to either walk the train tracks the trestle or try and cross a busy interstate Highway to get to where they had to go and they were killed. One was killed instantly (if there is such a thing as instantly) and the other survived 30 minutes and then passed away. Its so hard to deal with such a loss. Im sorry about Ellen.
@jerzeytpke Ellen was the glue that held a family together for most of her lifetime. She was the first to give when she had very little to give. She loved and cherished her family & friends and until recent years, she loved life. Time and illness has taken her away from us. Thanks for your inquiry and I am sorry to hear your tragic story. Hang in there. "Time" is such a sad song that seems to be about loss of our loved ones.

During this time I was 16 and alot was going on. But the big focus I had was the demolition of the Independence Building In Charlotte NC in 1980. This song was vocal inspiration for the Time elapsing over nearly 70 years with the lives of so many handshakes. Charlotte's First Skyscraper.
I wanted to make a film of it's demolition with faces of people over the years...ultimately rushing out to sea in it's final resting place.
Some people do a fine job relating a song to the images available in video. Almost three decades later and this one still worked for me, and I never was aware of the song when it was first produced. My goodness me! The camera was actually allowed to linger for longer than a fraction of a second, and the result has proved "timeless". Somebody in that studio was thinking farther ahead than the next hit.
If kids today try to listen to this their headsd would explode.Man I miss this kind of music
