@TheEXTREMEJP this game looks nothing like world of warcraft. and wow copied alot of older games to make its self. it was just released at the right time. Besides, wow didnt turn out that great. Not to mention is a grind festival. But most companies look at how much players wow has.. (over 11million) and thats 15 dollars a month from each of those people.. companies try and copy it sumwat to try and get some great buisness like blizzard.
@ITubeUOut One thing I want to point on your comment. WoW hasn't been a grind fest in quite some time. Now its actually WAY too easy to lv up and its almost impossible to hit every quest in a single zone before you are too high to get xp from them. Casual players are now running around with 4+ 80's that they lved up in spare time, lol.
@xynth101088 Shin Megami Tensei Imagine and Mabinogi have a system that is way cooler though then this style and WoW style. Also Lunia (not Luna) has a cool style. Also look at Blade and Soul, that game looks amazing.

@shadowbliss07 Well Io can guess the system. You target onto one opponent at a time by choice and if you move left or right, you circle them with a sidestep in that direction, then there is forwards and backwards. Also WoW is a terrible game with a lot of people, whats your point?

Well KO is fun, but u need to play in the Carnac West server, its the only english server out there. I found KO to be more involved and exciteing. but sotnw is better quality
do some surveys and you can get around two dollars each survey. I personally prefer though using the texting plan. I get a huge amount of $6 just by texting messages around. And with unlimited texting, that = rich. So yea, I love that site

Im on a hunt for a good mmo that is f2p. I was gonna pick this one but it was too good graphic for my computer. If anyone can reccomend me a game I'd be very thankful.
12sky is pretty cool and doesnt require as much PC power. It's click to move, but still cool. Based on Martial arts. As far as I can tell, it's all melee - no casters or ranged attacks. The characters get some really cool skills. There's no lag and it's a much quicker download. Only about 700mb as oppsed to the 3.5+gb Sword of the new world is. Im playing 12sky more now cuz Ive become bored of this game. I have 5 lvl 100s. only took me about 8 weeks of casual play.
Another really good game with no lag is Perfect World International. Perhaps the smoothest play of all MMORPGs of it's quality. Very nice graphics and loads quick. Pretty big DL but worth it. I held off on trying it cuz of the DL size, thinking it would lag but after trying it, I wish I woulda tried it a long time ago. You wont be disappointed with the quality of the graphics AND the performance. Really Amazing. The requirements are very minimal. Im sure It will run fine on your system,
yeah. But lvling is really easy and you get bored pretty quick. took me 8 weeks to lvl 5 to 100. My only choices now are rlling more toons to 100 or getting vet scrolls so I can advance. For now, theyre way too expensive. People are wanting way too much for them now. Anyway, Ive lvl 5 different classes to 100, im not gonna lvl a 6th. So I can say you can get a good 2, maybe 3 months enjoyment out of it.
Most people get a pet and AFK on fire island when they reach 60+. I think there's a pet that picks up drops. Pets arent cheap tho. The food you need to feed it costs feso, not vis the common currency. Feso can be acquired by using real money or you can buy the feso from other player for alot of vis. If you feel like gambling, some buy a bunch of bellem boxes from Emilia in Port of C & hope for good stuff they can sell in mm, such as unique gear and enchantment chips. I dont do either. I grind.
you can only control 3. In any case, if you have a hard time, group them. By default, they arent grouped. Grouping them is done with a button in the tool bar right above the character's controls. I always have them grouped . Much easier.
lol that's nothing. If u ever decided to play atlantica online, it's at the very least 7 GB. Then the patches come at like 1 GB a piece so it's a total of 10 GB
GE is asian version (Singapore, thai, japanese). Asian versions in diffrent language or have bad translations or dont support u if u live in certain country (Singapore version). This is european version: sword of the new world (SOTNW) its full english.

the instructions arent the greatest. I actually had a tough time even getting my toons to get into the worlde because the directions didnt have the command right. Didnt say anything about clicking the "new Team" button. Anyway, the best way to learn it is just jumping in and doing it. You get the hang of it really quick. Not tough when you figure it out on your own. Dont rely on the instructions, and youll be alright.
Ok, so this game is really good with the game play and graphics. Only 1 Problem tho, there are not that many ppl (meaning that u dont usually run past ppl while questing). But the ppl that do play are quite good ppl. It is worth trying IMO. Think of it as if you do start playing there is one more person in the whole game for ppl to talk to :P
the people that say this game sucks obviously find it too complicated. you look on their profiles and you'll find that they have really shitty MMOs on their favorites. the ones where it's really simple: point - right click - hotkey 1/10 - pick up loot. GE is different, it's simple at first but as the monsters get harder so does the game. you have to use strategy otherwise you may die. plus the graphics are fucking amazing, especially on max settings & 1440 x 900 resolution.. <3 my monitor <3 GE

I played mmo for like 4 years now (Runescape, Last Chaos, Shaiya, WoW, Cabal, Archlord, Flyff, ESIII, Perfect World ...), I tried them all and i could not play it for like 1 month without getting bored. Bad idea, you need a scout. A popular classic combo was scout/fighter/musk, its solid.
But, you NEED ranged character, in other words you cant have 3 fighters because they cant hit flying monsters. And you NEED a scout or you will be either constantly dying or spending fortunes on potions.

I did try Perfect World, but it got boring after 1 day for me.
I got to level 7 in about 8 hours. The exp rate is too low. Also, the quests are too repetitive.
It was fun for a sec though..

@kalereborn Not literally 8 hours.. but it took me a while, I just grinded. There were quests, but they're all "Kill this monster, get it's claws (cause 90% of the times the monsters are wolves) and then come back here with them"
It's boring.

-4 basic classes (mage, warrior, ranger and priest) maybe different names of classes but basically it's always the same shit. + maybe few more classes
-They all have pretty much same skill system
-Most of them make lvl cap on 100 but a lot of them are different
-Same stupid race shit (if there is any) either orcs or humans or elfs or midgets -Point and click fights.

12sky is pretty cool and doesnt require as much PC power. It's click to move, but still cool. Based on Martial arts. As far as I can tell, it's all melee - no casters or ranged attacks. The characters get some really cool skills. There's no lag and it's a much quicker download. Only about 700mb as oppsed to the 3.5+gb Sword of the new world is. Im playing 12sky more now cuz Ive become bored of this game. I have 5 lvl 100s. only took me about 8 weeks of casual play.

Another really good game with no lag is Perfect World International. Perhaps the smoothest play of all MMORPGs of it's quality. Very nice graphics and loads quick. Pretty big DL but worth it. I held off on trying it cuz of the DL size, thinking it would lag but after trying it, I wish I woulda tried it a long time ago. You wont be disappointed with the quality of the graphics AND the performance. Really Amazing. The requirements are very minimal. Im sure It will run fine on your system,

as of the last update yesterday, they added boss hunt quests which is pretty cool. cuts down on the grindng. was getting quite bored of the grinding.

yeah. But lvling is really easy and you get bored pretty quick. took me 8 weeks to lvl 5 to 100. My only choices now are rlling more toons to 100 or getting vet scrolls so I can advance. For now, theyre way too expensive. People are wanting way too much for them now. Anyway, Ive lvl 5 different classes to 100, im not gonna lvl a 6th. So I can say you can get a good 2, maybe 3 months enjoyment out of it.

Most people get a pet and AFK on fire island when they reach 60+. I think there's a pet that picks up drops. Pets arent cheap tho. The food you need to feed it costs feso, not vis the common currency. Feso can be acquired by using real money or you can buy the feso from other player for alot of vis. If you feel like gambling, some buy a bunch of bellem boxes from Emilia in Port of C & hope for good stuff they can sell in mm, such as unique gear and enchantment chips. I dont do either. I grind.

you can only control 3. In any case, if you have a hard time, group them. By default, they arent grouped. Grouping them is done with a button in the tool bar right above the character's controls. I always have them grouped . Much easier.

GE is asian version (Singapore, thai, japanese). Asian versions in diffrent language or have bad translations or dont support u if u live in certain country (Singapore version). This is european version: sword of the new world (SOTNW) its full english.

the instructions arent the greatest. I actually had a tough time even getting my toons to get into the worlde because the directions didnt have the command right. Didnt say anything about clicking the "new Team" button. Anyway, the best way to learn it is just jumping in and doing it. You get the hang of it really quick. Not tough when you figure it out on your own. Dont rely on the instructions, and youll be alright.

Ok, so this game is really good with the game play and graphics. Only 1 Problem tho, there are not that many ppl (meaning that u dont usually run past ppl while questing). But the ppl that do play are quite good ppl. It is worth trying IMO. Think of it as if you do start playing there is one more person in the whole game for ppl to talk to :P

the people that say this game sucks obviously find it too complicated. you look on their profiles and you'll find that they have really shitty MMOs on their favorites. the ones where it's really simple: point - right click - hotkey 1/10 - pick up loot. GE is different, it's simple at first but as the monsters get harder so does the game. you have to use strategy otherwise you may die. plus the graphics are fucking amazing, especially on max settings & 1440 x 900 resolution.. <3 my monitor <3 GE

You're totally right! And that's why i am looking for like a year and a half for 1 good mmo that i can play like 1 year without getting bored. I played mmo for like 4 years now (Runescape, Last Chaos, Shaiya, WoW, Cabal, Archlord, Flyff, ESIII, Perfect World ...), I tried them all and i could not play it for like 1 month without getting bored. Runescape however didnt get bored for like 1.5 years because all of my friends played it you know. So if u find a GOOD mmo, TELL ME =D

Bad idea, you need a scout. A popular classic combo was scout/fighter/musk, its solid.
But, you NEED ranged character, in other words you cant have 3 fighters because they cant hit flying monsters. And you NEED a scout or you will be either constantly dying or spending fortunes on potions.
