At the end, there was no travel, either bad shot or a foul call...he didn't plant his left foot. Ref probably looked at his feet and thought the shot occured after. There was a travel though in the very beginning, change of pivot foot. But those are rarely called in the NBA...

its hard to tell if VC's travel.. he can float in mid-air.. there's no rules in NBA to travel in mid-air but if it has then all of his dunks are nullified..
