This is an amazing teaching! Yet as some others said below, we need to be careful that we do not love the teaching/message, more than or before the actual teacher/messenger, Jesus! We serve a living God & he is the only one who can satisfy our every need & desire. God created us spiritual beings (in his image), needing spiritual food beyond any food or material this present world can offer. It can be tough to live for God as we face worldly temptations, however the Holy Spirit helps immensely!

I find it more noble for a true sinner here to say..."I have sinned and am so heavy with guilt that I must accept my punishment in hell instead of accept jesus to get away with what i have done." We do not let convicts escape jail time here on the basis that they accept jesus.

Even not being christian and accepting jesus will make God throw you into hell even if you were a good person, while bad people who accept the christian faith on their deathbed go to heaven. I heard of a pastor saying also that the amount of people who think about Religion, on their death bed, is so low, that in his 30 years of ministry, around 11 people have ever asked about it, on their deathbed! And there are people who say their Christians, but don't believe in the death and resurrection of Christ... God is just, God is fair

It is all contrary to God's nature and if he judged on a black and white, legalistic "did you sin or not" basis we ALL would be damned with no chance, therefore heaven would need not exist. In this vid, Piper makes statements that are not necessarily true. He states you are not concerned or connected enough with Jesus if you "move around" or "change jobs a lot". That is absurd. Perhaps 2K yrs ago, it may have been true, but not today. I go to company x. They make promises they then don't keep. This is COMMON today. I need to stay to pretend that means I have a "real" connection to Jesus? Hardly. Same with moving, to the extent one moves to where there is work.
