  • I did this the first time i tried it and i was like WTF IM A BOSS.

  • @wukewuke Jeez back up you dude. What's your problem anyway? The moves Stephen Renney's demonstrating, while on gym spring floor mats, are still impressive and require skill and co-ordination. Being bare footed on mats doesn't magically improve your skills. Your complaints are retarded. In one short comment, you've managed to show that you're a disrespectful, ignorant, bitchy little prick who can't compose proper sentences. Congratulations to you little man, go start shit some place else.

  • @Oarthies Thank you, I couldn't agree more. Stephen Renney's a talented tricker and this Wukewuke's comment is straight up rude and plain douchey.

  • isnt this cartwheel arabian :?

  • how do you do that, and still have your freaking hat on?

  • Wtf i can do that lol

  • His legs are forever stuck in Beastmode.

  • i landed my first backflip there

  • someone please help, i wanna do this, but my brain simply tells me to bail out, so my flip is becoming more like a forward roll after the cartwheel. Anyone got any tips, plz?

  • @Antin0ob567 yes, go play xbox this is not for you

  • @warpce5ar hey thx thats first reply in 1 month <3 :D ill try that.

  • @Antin0ob567 noting personal, is just that i hav experience with this

  • @warpce5ar thats not the right attitude. ofc there is going to be fear the first time you try something. think back to the first time you landed any trick/flip. was it scary? nobody just starts and gets everything straight away. you think chase armitage suddenly decided he would do a double full? no. he progressed. just like Antin0ob567 clearly wants to.

  • @Antin0ob567 dont fret dude. i know this is a late response but like in every move in tricking/freerunning its simply about progression. dont give up. and dont listen to people like warpce5ar. they will just hold you back.

  • can i do this on my balceny

  • indioms wanted a legend in Portuguese of Brazil in this video

E muito explicativo o seu video aprendi muito.

  • Tradução do português para inglês

indioms wanted a legend in Portuguese of Brazil in this video

  • Isn't that an Arabian

  • I don't know if this video blessed me or something, but after watching this video, two days later I do my first cartwheel front in the gym out of nowhere. It was my first flip out of any handspring, and I actually landed it quite cleanly for my first ever attempt.

  • @mellowman hahah i agree;) and loll thts pretty kool but youu stawpped in the middle pretty much.. loll who caress tis cool xD

  • The two pricks just trying to get on the camera, why do people have to be such dicks when they can clearly see you're recording something?

  • Comment removed

  • you almost can't hear him :S 2/5 for this vid..

  • @Keilton1 Why 2/5 for this? In fact, he shown you step by step, first cartwheel, then cartwheel with jump, then with front flip, etc. And you can hear him if you concentrate a bit. I gave 5/5 for this video. :) Peace !

  • thanks for this video!

  • Who the fuck can hear this guy with all the noise?

  • @mellowman1978 I can :)

  • I couldn't hear that at all haha. Nice Cart->front though (^.^)b

  • when i first tried this, it looked like that in 1:34 =/

  • Cool. Ima Try This Looks Bad Ass.

  • i can do a front flip to carthweel but ive never tried this :P

it will be fun to try :D

  • thx dude. very nice tutorial

  • made it look kickass

  • Am I hearing a capoeira song back there?

  • do u have to earn how to frontflip before u do this???

  • of course, you can get much more momentum for a normal punch frontflip, so it's much easier, it's a prerequisite.

  • That's not necessarily true. The technique required to execute a front flip is mandatory, but a running front is not a prerequisite.

If you have a good cartwheel, then a cart-front is much easier to pull off than a running front. It's similar to a roundoff/arabian or roundoff/backtuck in that sense, where the horizontal momentum is redirected upward.

  • i'm just curious: are you saying that a perfect cart setup - and i don't mean roundoff here - gives you more height than a perfectly blocked punch setup?

  • Potentially, yes; to my understanding, a (running) cart-front is essentially two moves, and the cartwheel allows for a redirection in momentum, rather than a diversion in momentum that is the effect of a running front.

On the other hand, most of the momentum of the cart-front is used redirecting upwards. However,a running front maintains a high amount of momentum even after landing.

The cart-front is a more efficient standalone move than a running front.

  • i can do a frontflip and a cartwheel so will i be able to do this easy?

  • @zelinski23 Nope

  • hey dude, i have tried this on trampoline but it's a little difficult, if im going to make it on the ground am i just going to do it?

  • ya u do

  • Facepalm

  • it will help

  • ill post my first attempt as a video response

  • that was amazing

  • THis move isn't for beginner. I suggest to learn it separate before attempting it.

  • hes assuming you alrady know how to do a front flip

  • took me about 2 tries lol. really easy, turn while your finishing the cartwheel to face forward and then flip

  • i understand. the thing that got me at first was coming out of the cartwheel.make sure you keeping your momentum going forward and up. onece u get that you should be good. if not, go look at some other tutorials.

  • Just got it yesterday. Only took me about three tries so great tutorial!

  • really? i cant fricken get it

  • that cartwheel sucked balls

  • I don't say I could do it better, but there are ppl doing front flips from the stand

  • one of the best frontflips ive ever seen, how does he tuck so well...

  • front tuck=frontflip

  • always landing on my ass lol but i did it on a hill and i land it good maybe need more practice

  • i have known how to do this for years since i was 4. lol its funny i can front flip/tuck and do a cartwheel to front flip but i cant cartwheel

  • These people do good stunts

  • same difference lol

  • That was very good! How long it take you to learn this?

  • today i was train with friends and i did it for cca 1 hour :-)

  • ur a ninja man that looks cool im gona try it on my trampoline then on the grass or somat thanks

  • look a spinning hoe at the back

  • thanks i was doing this for about 2 week the first time i did it i kinda landed wrong but i do it perfect now and i can also do a twist with it.

  • Hey, thanks a ton!

  • Your tuck speed is amazing...

serisouly, your hat even stays on

  • pretty good tutorial. good info and demonstation. but since your on a gynastics mat, wouldnt that make your jump contain more power. What about if you were on solid land, would there be a difference?

  • Just spotted a few of my mistakes by seeing a prober cart_front. Gotta go out and try it. Now!

  • looks clean

  • so is this easier than normal front flip?

  • no.

  • awesome.. =)

  • fruitcake

  • well done^^

  • Thats Bad ass

  • show a couple slow motion ones at the end to show people your footsteps and see if your actually throwing your hands up.

this is not ment to be offencive just giving a little advice if its in slow motion we can see your steps and how you tuck your body etc..

  • i was trying to do the backflip but i did the frontflip like that lol!!

  • i think i might be able to do it .

  • how do you suspend in the air

  • jump straight up and curl into a ball

  • who cares if wat its called as long as you can do it i mean damn yall trippin over the name

  • from :58 he looks and sounds drunk lmao hehe thats funny.

  • front sault not front flip

  • true but you know dont be to picky

  • Hey...

can i point something out that there is no such thing as a front flip...in the literal sense... think about a back flip uses your hands does it not? thats why its called a front sault... and also its not a arabian sult because an arabian comes out of a round off where both feet hit the ground at the same time and you turn to front sault

    other wise it looks SICK!!

gonna try it at Gymnastics tomorrow night...

though your more side saulting at the start... but hey it still looks good..

  • front hand springs n trickers n free runners call it arabians :)

  • his are flawless.i always learn this move and lose it.

  • True, true

  • very good;] I must do it;]

  • is it easier with the cartwheel or without?

  • Lol guy to the right at 2:20 thinks he's somebody.. great vid! 5*****

  • Yea xD it seemed like he was criticizing the dude LOL

  • I CAN'T HEAR YOU!

  • thats perfect form yet ur so big.. nice tutorial mate never knew the rotate was part of flip not cartwheel..

  • nice man! peace out@!!@!@!@!@

  • L.O.L at the guy on the rIt at 1:58.

  • thats like the perfect flip

  • thank you!!!!!!

  • that's really good

  • so is it easyer to front flip from a cart wheel if ur good at cart weels...or should i learn to do hand springs to make it easyer to front flip.. cus i cant hand spring

  • da most helpful is handspring and tuck and roll the cart wheel helps u gain momentum to convert into kinetic energy when in da air and makes it some what easier but with hand spring and tuck and roll u also master other moves, da tuck and roll is used for recovery after being thrown and handspring enables u to go directly to frontflip

  • that looks a lot cooler than it sounds like it would

  • wow that's not that bad

  • As if someone is asking jay's opinion......

  • He is acually doing a tuck flip but they are pretty easy (oh and yes i am a gymnast)

  • who gives a shit if youre a gymnast. look, look, im a gymnast im special!. NO YOURE NOT! its more impressive being self taught than being an automated machine they call gymnasts. always gotta have perfect technique and look just right. who cares. I dont. those who are self taught have their own style. do you? NO. i can find a million people who can do every trick you can the EXACT same way.

  • amen

  • thank you

    nice video...
