To all the faggots complaining about the low profit, merching rune med helms are LOW RISK meaning there is a VERY low chance of losing money. It's a good flip merching trick for begginners or people who don't like taking risks.

What's the "4 hour buying/ selling rule"?

@Blandified You put an offer in the G.E for an item, (in this case it's a rune med helm). As soon as this offer is put in, the grand exchange acknowledges that and it makes note at what exact time that offer was put in. Doesn't matter when the item is sold to you, you will have to wait 4 hours before you can sell it. You can put it in the G.E, but it won't sell due to the limit.

Hope this explains the 4 Hour Rule.

@2icy4m3 This rule is put there so people do not make money instantaneously. Meaning they buy an item low, it gets sold to them, and then they put it in the g.e. for higher price (merching), and it sells right away, again. This rule is there so items and the economy don't crash.

copper ore is also good, because you buy them for low gp say about 76 gp, if you buy more of the item your merching you get more profit. i only have 929k so i merch copper ore and i get about 70k+ profit =]
