If u wanna get the VMS4 for cheap i can tell u where i got it from. It's an authorised seller online store on ebay so comes with all the warranty and stuff:) Imix reload is pretty crap i had a lot of problems setting it up and the instructions that came with it didn't help what so ever. So yeah i'd rather add another $200 on top of the imix reload to get the American Audio VMS4 which i ended up doing:)

I installed the software, it's working, i can choose the sound card to play whithin the laptop speakers, but i can't hear the music in the headphones (allready connected in the controller), and when i plug the midi controller in the laptop, the software its working but if i push the play button or any other from the controller there is no change on the Decadence (allready open),the music its playing but only if i play with my mouse into the software, not with the controller. help me, please

hey I just got the Imix reload and I love it, only thing is theres no manuals or any customer support lines, I have so many questions, like for instance when using the software deckadance the cue lights dont light when I store a cue point, is it broken? should I return it?

@keetharris2010 I had the same problem so i returned it for an VMS4. Have u still got yours? It's BS how it doesn't come with any manuals proper instructions or any customer support. My lights weren't working properly like both sync, 2 out of the 4 fx buttons, deck a set 1,2 and 3 buttons, both key lock buttons, and the cue button doesn't flash like yours when u store a cue point. It didn't work on Deckadance or Traktor so yeah i returned. Lost $65 out my own pocket for returning the item

We didn't try Virtual DJ, but if it support MIDI controller, you can assign your mapping and work with iMix Reload
