  • Also, for those of you doing these exercises, note that he is BREATHING as he does the workout, as well as (and he failed to mention this) opening up your legs. As soon as you assume the position, note that he spreads his legs a bit farther apart, then when he does the regular or standard pushup. (If you dont know what I mean, watch from 55-1:05). Nice video, love the exercises and the helpful commentary
