Going into the red on your checking account if only for 1 bloody dollar ... will cost you 35$ that´s THEFT TO ME!

You also pay interest on standing red now do you ... that´s also a % above 10%

Luckely we don´t have those overdraft fee´s yet ... and we will fight against if they are trying to do that over here too. This is just robbery.

If you keep sufficient funds in your account, and keep a check register, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY you can overdraft, no matter how or when the bank posts the debits and credits.

I'm here to tell you that it is not up to me. Bank of America DID steal my money more than once.

Explain to me why Bank of America kept my account to account transfer pending for FOUR days..I watched it daily as I logged in to my account. I wish I would have gotten screen shots because now I have no proof. MY money would have been there if they would have moved it. Instead, they choose to charge me and I did call and I did not get refunded. It is HORRIBLE when you cannot trust your bank.
