  • I LOVE rough cut edges!

  • I loved reading World Made by Hand. I read it while riding my bicycle through several towns in The Netherlands on vacation, so I was out of America. I didn't think Wayne Karp was all that bad of a person, considering the circumstances. And Minor's outcome really saddened me. But what really happened to them? I'd love to ask JHK what really happened to them. Also, with all the privately owned weapons in America, perhaps the book takes place during a time after they were all used. Thanks

  • Well, you're welcome, rdtin, and thank you for letting me know. I appreciate it and am glad that I could help! Sincerely, O.

  • Hi, Thank you for the book review. As a longtime Kunstler fan, I enjoyed it. I teach at a university in Japan and have used your video in several classes with over 100 students.

  • thanks for the recommendation. I could only listen to your video though, the motion of the camera and the extreme close up made me queasy.

  • Gosh, I'm so sorry! In rewatching it, it sort of makes me queasy, too. That was before I got my tripod and obviously it is hard to watch. I'll pay attention to both of these things in future videos, that's for sure. Thank you tendertwigs!!

  • I read "World Made by Hand" and enjoyed it as well.

"The Long Emergency" is not technical or heavy reading. If the average American can't absorb this book, then it's no wonder we're in deep doo-doo.
