we are doing short sale in florida and bank wants us to sign $60.000 promissory note, we live in california and we do have home we are living in and equidy is about $300.000 and we have rental property witch is negative about $45.000, question is if we do not sighn the note, can they come after our assats .please advise ASAP .Many Thanks in advance
