@luckerart well if you look at the way his hollow fights compared to his own there different when hes in control he has to worry about hurting someone compared to his hollow which fights without anything to worry about. yes it does use up alot of his spiritual pressure but he uses most of it even though he doesn't lose control ichigo won the fight between him an kenpachi and he didnt even know how to do bankai are use his spiritual pressure

His fighting style in general is the same: Raw power with just directing it. The only difference between Ichigo and, e.g., Kenpachi would be the power gap... were Kenpachi has the advantage. Ichigo fights best if he has himself under control... losing control just gives a power boost, which is not stabile at all

If i am correct that means that ichigo is the original transcended being. Aizen is not due to the fact he needed the hokioku to help him reach a state like a transcendent being. If you watch Ichigo vs. Aizen final fight you really see the level difference. Also if you read the manga Aizen tells ichigo that he has set up all of ichigos battles to make ichigo "wake up" (sorta) and to rise so he could give aizen a great battle to help Aizen rise higher so he can take on the lord

ichigo actually did not die. I wold say he was out cold..... sorta.. his hollow did fight for him... Ok actually he has no hollow side ppl. HE actually (i think) that he has no soul reaper side either. He is a transcendent being. He is neither a hollow nor a soul reaper but both. I think he has always been this way. If you remember from the first ep (death and strawberry) he had a huge sword that was in proportion to his spiritual pressure.

i stopped watching bleach after they completely fucked my interest by putting a filler right between the ichigo vs grimmjow fight. but after watching this, i might get back into it.

another thing that turned me off during that is when he was fighting grimjow with the mask on for like a minute when just one stupid fight before, he couldn't hold it for more than 3 secconds.. that was a turn off
