  • Of course i like it. But i preffer Sinatra´s version. Althougt thank you por this version.

  • where is the time? It bring me back to the years 1950 and 1960

  • STILL BEAUTIFUL AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

  • Flintstones meet the Flintstones!

  • @ rogerthornehill...i meant they were all still alive , not together, when i posted that over 2 years ago and yes i knew Al had passed away. Thx...

  • wow what a beautiful song.

  • It almost hurts so beautiful it is.

  • my moms fav song

  • I love this one so much :-D

  • "Forever Plaid" groups of the 50's Aces, Lads, Lettermen later, all sang with the Song being the center of performance. Later groups and individuals became bigger then the musicial word and that's why so much of the"modern" is so vapid and meaningless.

  • I just saw the Four Aces and the Four Lads in concert today with my dad! Such a great show. This was always one of my favorite songs growing up, such a treat to hear it live!

  • As good as the Beatles, yet their singing careers have not brought them fame and fortune. Many great singers and bands fall into oblivion. In the entertainment world, the most important factor is luck, luck, and luck.

  • @oilcraze I thought a lot of groups in the 50's had better voices than the Beatles. Of course, I was set in my ways by the time The Beatles came along.

  • For 5 wks in the summer of '54, it was #2 behind what would become the biggest selling record of 1954: "Little Things Mean a Lot" by Kitty Kallen.

Frank Sinatra had a version that went up to #7.

  • A beautiful oldie from a sweeter, simpler time. Thank you!

  • My grandma's favorite song when she was young.......R.I.P Grandma.....

  • This megahit song brings back memories of the fifties

  • Anyone know where I could find Frankie-Howerd's parody of this - 'Three Wives In The Fountain ?

  • Nothing like the oldies to get me all choked up!!

YES, indeed I miss the kind of songs that were songs anyone could sing to because you could understand what the singers were saying!!

I'm soo glad to have known that time...though it was short for me being a late, late Baby Boomer!! :)

  • I was only 7 years old when this song came out ... but I remember it well. We listened to the radio all the time before we had a TV. These are classics!

  • i love this CLASSIC MUSIC and so with the Movie with the same title it was a very a good movie, it sad to say that they dont make this kind of movie anymore, I missed the good old days, if we could go back on that time I've be happy to be their, thanks for uploading this videos.

  • These guys had the very best harmony around, and their music could make a stone romantic!

  • I remember watching the movie Three Coins In The Fountain in the Orpheum theatre in Vancouver BC. What a wonderful day that was being with my sister, and not too old that we could still enjoy

our candied smarties and chocolate covered raisins as we sat and enjoyed the show

  • The coins have worked for me twice! Hope to get there a third time... Bella Roma!

  • Back when music was music!

  • @blewis9505 so true. hey, wanna go back in time? lets go back to the 60's

  • a great song,

  • what's with the delorean?

  • @johnnyfaithless

    Is that what it is?

  • that's what it looks like, but deloreans are from the 80s.

  • @johnnyfaithless the car in the picture is a ferrari

  • @mandy26lez Oh come on, guys! DeLorean!? Ferrari!? It's the legendary Lamborghini Countach... probably the most memorable rich-guy sports car of the late 70's and mid 80's! Not exactly a suitable backdrop to the Four Aces... but...

  • @Agent0061958 ....yes it does look odd....but the music/song/voices casts such a large, bright, big shadow....oooooo baby!!!! lol

  • I only knew you Al for a few hours when I was on Showcase taped in North Wildwood. You were so kind and easy to get to know. We will all miss all that you did helping children make it into the big time. You were a Ted Mack Amateur Hour, or Arthur Godfrey for children. RIP

  • RIP Al Alberts.

  • A rap version of this number is about to be released. It's titled: 'Gonna Steal Three Coins From Dat Fountain!."

  • Great classic! that will live on.

  • I just returned from my very rushed tour through Rome (we were on a ship and had time constraints). So disappointed that I didn't get a chance to see the Fontana di Trevi and toss in my coins. I remember this song from my childhood and always loved it. I will return to Rome someday and I will have an opportunity to do the things we didn't have time to do last week. Thanks for the beautiful music.

  • great song keep on posting old songs

  • great old music,.nice to hear again thanks!!

  • This was the "hit recording" of all versions of the song released in 1954; the song, from the motion picture of the same name (written for the film, literally at the last minute, by Sammy Cahn & Jule Styne), also won an Academy Award as "Best Song of 1954".

  • I LOOOOVE THE FOUR ACES ... :):):)..

    this songs my favorite :D

  • Another Four Aces Classic...Hey..All these ORIGINAL guys are still around....They should be recognized in the music industry for their greatness!

  • @tinman034 the original lead singer Al Alberts left the froup in 1957. He has passed away since.=Bart

  • @tinman034 the original lead singer Al Alberts left the group in 1957. He has passed away since.=Bart

  • ...thank you for posting this....listening to this song brings back beautiful memories together with my parents....

  • I would like to have that car, pretty cool

  • I remember this on the radio...a long LONG time ago. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!!!
