I hope they forget about the awful Alien vs Predator movies and just make a series based off Predator 1 and this movie. In fact I think that's what Robert Rodriguez is intending to do if this movie is successful. A nice cameo by an alien would be cool, like a Predator killing a few off real quick in a one minute scene, but that's about it. No need to put them on the same level as Predators, because they are not!

seeing rodriguez makes me feel better about seeing it but i pray to god they dont fuck up like they did with the avp movies, i love the alien and predator movie series more than any movie series ever (except resurrection) and im just glad theyre consenting more montage to the orginal pred movie hence the look the sounds (avp made the preds look different if ur obsessed and have no life and saw that like i did) the feel of what all of us experienced the first time we watched that bamf series.

Love all the Predator movies although I feel that Predator 2 gets too much criticism, the only thing it has in common with the original is the Predator himself. It's a totally different style of film and shouldn't be compared. I couldn't see Danny Glover in the role until I saw him do it. Loved it. First time I saw AVP2R I thought it was shit, gets better more I watch it but there is too much homage paid to James Cameron's Aliens (greatest film, EVER). Hope Predators is as good as it looks.

N E way I personally thought it was Earth when I first saw the trailer but I do agree with u totally it shouldve been more predator like instead of Earthlike. i watched the "sneak peek" and im quite dissapointed by how the planet looks Earth-like. The movie "Avatar" set up higher expectations for creating an alien universe. Im very glad ur bringing back the predator series, but please use ur imagination and money to create something that will spark my imagination in that alien world. example: Vegetation, small critters, sky, light, etc

please make a good movie for fucks sake lol
