this is my fav version of this song.when my sister comitted suiside i played this song at her funeral and the next week someone broght a gun to the high school and shot about 56 people and i was in the room when they shot two of my bffl's in front of me.and i just really like this song it brings back my friends that i never want to foget.
Did anyone know that a girl name Rachel was actually the one put in the situation of saying yes or no to the shooter? Sure, a girl named Cassie was also shot in the school shooting, but Rachel was the only one asked if she believed in God. The name Cassie just fit more in the song. They do mention Rachel's name towards the end, though.
this is such a great song. it really makes you think about how Cassie felt when she was put in that situation. The lyrics are great, and flyleaf is awsome. The acoustic version is such better than the original.
cassie was a victim in the Columbine massacre, her last word was yes when the murders asked her if she still believed in God, pointing the gun at her head..not her sister:P
r.i.p victims of columbine
this song is a metafor believing in God until the very end..sad, always makes me wanna cry:(
I like this version better than the screamo one. It means more when she sings it like this. Im not a big Jesus fan at all, but I love their music a lot. Cassie isn't her sister she means it in a spiritual way.
i like this version of cassie its pretty
