Carowinds park got bought out of paramount property and a new company (cant remember the name)bought it out and had to rename all the rides that were named after movies made by paramount.This ride was originally named top gun a movie by paramount that usually stars on HBO its about a jet pilot training for the military. :P enjoy this bit of info.

at 44 that part was creepy at dark but it was still fun! cuz smoke machine was there and bitch black with blinking white lights that was awesome
