Hudson Valley UFO witness Ed Burns details his close encounter on March 24, 1983

Saw something similar to this in early 80's over Lake Ontario.

Very large, quiet and slow moving with a few colored lights along the edge.

Initially thought it might be a dirigible, but have not seen anything in support of this.

Saw it in 88 on the way back to CT from Katonah, near Brewster and it was like a flying city. I was only 10 at the time but my dad, who was an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force, didn't knoow what it was either. We came around a bend in the highway and people were pulled over on both sides and the median, looking up. We pulled over too and watched it cruise away. The silhouette was clearly visible and it was Huge!

at around this time period a guy whom lives around one of the lakes in Brewster NY was driving home and hovering a few feet over the lake was a ufo. The guy had about a half an hour of recording, and it shows a close up and more detail of these ufos. It was on a Showtime or HBO UFO special. I was a witness in Danbury CT which is nearby and shares the border of CT and NY. My encounter was about 25 to 30 feet away for about 45 minutes at about 1987. where are the missing videos?
