From what I learned, pinching out the contact lenses while they're still on the center (iris/pupil) of your eye could do damage to the contact & maybe even to your eye by scratching it. I think you're supposed to put your finger on it, drag it down, then look up at the same time and pinch it while it's on the white part. But whatever works for you, it looks like you're doing fine and this is a very helpful vid. Btw, you are SO adorable :D

@SuperCrazychick94 you're actually not supposed to pinch it out with you're nails. it's recommended that you use the pads of your fingers so you don't end up scratching your eyes. so you'll be fine. you can also slide the contacts out with no pinching needed. good luck :)

there are different types. some last like 2 0r 3 months, some last 1 month, and others last for only 1 day. i also heard that there are some that last 1 year or longer but im not completely sure.

you should always keep an extra case and a little bottle of solution on hand. in your locker or desk or whatever. if your contacts arnt comfortable and you feel that you need to take them out, stay calm. if your get fustrated your not gunna get them out.

well, I recommend not sleeping with your contacts in because its not good for you. but there are special contacts that you can keep your contacts in while you sleep but they are a bit expensive.

If you dont take out your contacts for a while, your eyes will hurt and get red. I still recommend not keeping your contacts in for over 24hours.
