I think that u have a solid swing man, the only thing I can see is that you're breaking your wrists during the backswing. Try and take the club back with more of your shoulders and not so much of your wrists. More solid wrists promotes a more consistent swing plane and will put you in a better position at the top of your swing. It will also allow you to have a better natural wrist uncock during your downswing which will probably add distance to your shots
