@bloodmoney52 Well, Ichigos zanpakto is Zangetsu, wich is that "gaint Machete" but he has bankai, errr.. cant think of the name right now, wich around triples, or more, his power, and puts that power in a really fast body, wich also transforms his blade into a much smaller blade, but most of the shinigami dont believe its bankai before the feel its power, due to the fact that almost all bankai are kirou (if i spelled it right), and theres only a few transformations, also almost al bankai are big

Chan, san, kun, onii san, onee san, sama and sempai are formal ways to address people in Japan Just like how in america we call people Miss mrs ms mr sir In japan its considered disrespectful to address someone by their first name unless your very close with them. Chan is what youd say to a girl or young boy. Kun is for boys, sama is for someone of a higher rank sempai is also a way to address a senior. onee sama is for older sisters and onii sama is for older brothers. if im not mistaken.
All shinigami go through the academy and learn the name of their zanpakuto, they also learn to control their reiatsu so to condense the size of their zanpakutos. Ichigo did neither so without knowing its name or how to condense his reiatsu, he had a sealed zanpakuto that was oozing reiatsu. Once he learned its name, Zangetsu was always in shikai.
his zanpakuto was always Zangetsu, if you remember the Menos that he fought. A bluish energy slice was put into it when he finally repelled it, which is basically Getsuga Tenshou

A Quincy would never be trained as a Shinigami, they hate each other, remember?
A Vizard is a Shinigami who gains hollow powers, not Quincies OR Hollows gaining power.
A Hollow gaining Shinigami power is an Arrancar, not a Vizard, so Chad could not become a Vizard, since his powers are hollow-based as you mentioned.
