scanners 2 was not good at all...it was no where close to scanners 1..the actors using there powers in part 2 looked corny and fake. in part 1 it was well acted and a better story line.

The protagonist looks as boring as Vale, though still cashing points with the Awesometric Mullet Field(TM). As for the bad guy (which the only feature you could qualify as *bad* is his greasy hair)... Revok would blow his nuts off!

Scanners is amazing and, from the recolections of my youth Scanners 2 is just completely bad ass. Why don't they make it in the US? The only versions i can find are only available in region 2 and region 4. Total B.S. I hate when studios do that. What, Ausies and Limeys are the only ones with kick ass movie taste like me?
