this is why i am afraid to drive once i get my license in 3 weeks. I mean its sad, I know i wont be terrified to the point of im not gonna drive but i will not ever text or drive under the influence i dont want to die

@abutlerskateboards keep your smarts about you kid... a DDC is a good idea, chances are if you do what your supposed to then you can avoid a crash even if its someone elses fault (a good folowing distance is the biggest thing to being safe!!!)

so if you cant text and you cant read them....can you atleast use tts? text-to-speech....that just reads the text outloud for you to hear...its safe as long as you dont reply while your driving right?

@MauiMusician No. You're still at risk by distracting yourself heavily to the point where you could get into an accident. Being caught off guard would injure you. Doesn't matter how good of a driver you say you are, car always wins.

wow. thank you so much for posting this video. it is amazing and i completely agree, this problem is getting really ridiculous. i'm 16 and i dont drive yet but i will start soon, and just knowing that there are so many people out there ignoring warnings like this scares me because people don't seem to realize that they're not just endangering themselves, but also the hundreds of other people on the roads around them.
