It didn't seem that hard when I played it on Regular. I just stayed in the back room the whole time (behind Scarecrow) shooting people coming from the door and checking whenever there was a lull (or when Scarecrow could cover) if there was anyone coming from the other side while remaining in the room.

Only died a few times.

How does this tactic work for you guys?
