Hi, i recently added some roads in the MSTS editor, and they didnt save properly. Now when i start the editors, there are lines above where the road used to be. When i get to far down the track (where the roadway is gone but the lines remain), it says that the Editor has stopped working because of a problem. Before the roads didnt save right, i didnt have this problem. Any idea how to fix this?
i want to buy indian railway train simulator from where i buy it or microsoft train simulator having indian railways trains or routes. if any one knows plzzzz help me.
Nice one. The station scenery has very good detail! I am buidling a route, but suffer from one problem, how are points created?? Where the tracks join, and ho did you manage to name you station? Thanks Kayz
Hey, on the tracks, thet should line up automatically, now, about naming platforms or stations, You want to click the logo that has the house on it. Then, a "placement" box will come up, if not already up. Click, the "More" Then, go to "Interactive Objects" Then, "platform" will be there, and for placemnt, Just place it near your atation, ON THE TRACK. Hope that helps ya.
Great shots of a fantastic route! But I'm curious how you overcome Dynamic Tracks? One shot the 'green triangle' was actually vertical to the track. How'd you do that???
You have to carefully gauge the placement X over the trackbed, but just underneath the roadway's lane. Use your left mouse to place , and you'll see a orange square appear and the crossing signal. You can the position the stand however you like beside the road. If using Car Spawners, make sure their line goes directly through orange square.
Hi there - MSTS is difficult like all programs to start with. however once you get the hang of it it gets easier...find a site that has loads of addons and then learn how to get then to show - then play. The best way to learn is start with a test route and mess about till you have the idea of the building structure of the program.....Most of all - have fun
so, msts allows u to create about anything you want to as afar as a trackplans are concerned? what about terrain, water, roads, mountains, etc, can u place those as well?
oh this route still isnt finished - but i have made 4 that are available to download on "thepiratebay" free....i expect this route to be finished in a few months tho - as i have a project i really want to try.....thanx 4 the comment.

There is software that comes with MSTS, But, READ AROUND BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT IT! A good hint.

I am having trouble building routes. The route builder freezes up when I try to build a route.

You need loads of ram and virtual ram - plus do get all the upgrades - track etc you might need.
It all helps ok

I have a pretty modern computer with 256 gigs of storage from 2007. Probably the route builder crashes because I don't run it in compatibility mode.
