She is a doctor, and she actually said, "I don't see why I want to rely on healthy diet for my health, when I can just take a pill." Wow. Astounding. That is the medical profession, ladies and gentlemen! At least she is honest. Lazy too? Yep!
@RuniScience The funny thing is I actually learned something, which is rare for doctors to teach anything. I learned that it's not just promotiong the sick-care system for their profit that makes them sooo insidious, it's the way they see life. I want to take a pill, because...well, because I'm stupid and lazy and am not interested in healing - myself or others. Wow! "A pill is reliable, predictable." Well, so are whole, fresh fruits and veggies. One treats symptoms, the other prescribes life.
@FathomlessJoy The "Healthy Diet" she's talking about isn't really healthy, that's what she meant I guess. That's a commercial product and couldn't necessarily be healthy.
@TheSkinnypigeon > Funnily I'm a Food Health Inspector & provide Diet & Health advice independently ... You think anyone ever comes to me to stay healthy ??? LOL, NO... They only come to me when they are so sick that I have to refer them to a doctor.. and they only prescribe Statins ... Runi
Don't agree her method for scientific evidence, for example for the superfood study, the research to to for cancer and pomegranate was poorly made and not looking at the right serious research on the right place. You don't just google to look for stuff, use scholar.google.com
I agree about properties exaggeration, but there are also positive things to consider
@moyomoy > I uploaded this for that very reason .. One cannot in any scientific way approve of his kind of "Pseudo-Investigation" .. As a Scientist myself I find the hardest part of science is in not deluding myself.. In this programme the drive for media hype clearly breached the boundaries of "objective reserch".. To top this, parts 4 & 5 (which provide the "conclusion" of this research) are blocked globally for some unknown copyright reason ... I mean why then not block the whole thing?
AT LEAST IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD THAT THEY MAKE THOSE CLAIMS...IT HELPS TO BUILD UP YOUR SELF-ESTEEM...lol

@FathomlessJoy > Not just any Pill - she actually recommends "Statins" - that's like offering a sledgehammer to repair a Coocoo clock...
