I like the Intervention. For whatever reason, I find I hit more shots with it, and get a little less hit markers. I have a regular Intervention class for "quickscoping"(you may not call it quickscoping) and then a Thermal Barret class for maps like Wastleland or Sub Base where it's hard to see, or if the enemy keeps using smoke grenades to plant bombs or capture flags on Domination.

u know playing with barret and intervention isn´t the same. on first prestige i sniped with inter and i loved it and i thiught that barret was noobish and just bad bad bad, but then after prestiged i test it when i only had deafult classes and i just loved it, its hard to qs with but i dosen´t go for qs, so for me its barret but i like them both:P  inter= more QS barret= more tactical:)

People rank on the Barret because it has a large clip, and can fire fast as hell. Some people say it's "noobish." If you legit quickscope, it is still skill no matter what sniper you use. People who use the Intervention really only get knocked for being a "TryHard." In some circumstances it IS harder to use in my opinion. Overall, my vote goes to the Intervention, which I use. Thumbs up if you agree with my views.

i like barrett with thermal sight the best. i dont really hardscope at all bcz i dont usually camp when i quickscope and hardscoping only lets u see a small portion of the screen and it makes you much more vulnerable. i dislike this guys style of sniping how he hardscopes so much and still calls it quickscoping.

I love the Intervention, but I think my favorite sniper to use is the WA2000.

I don't spray with it, I just find that it makes me work harder for the head shot / 1 shot kill.

If you do a speed test barrat is only slightly faster. By the time the recoils down on the barret theintervention is almost done reloading. All i can say is intervention + FMJ + stopping power + sleigh of hand + ninja = unstoppable quick scoping.
