KyCow, We did this 30 years ago, when we started in the end zone and did boxes and pinwheels. We always turned to the visitors and played at least one song to them as a thank you for coming to our stadium. Glad to see this tradition has not gone by the wayside.
In the beginning they seemed at times almost confused as to where they were headed. The percussion was playing tight which is good, but the brass seemed a little off. In the second piece there seemed to be some spacing issues up front, but otherwise good. Fairly good dynamics, especially for a high school band. The color guard stayed together well. It's odd to see a band turn their backs to the audience for a extended period, but not neccesarily bad. Good projection by the soloist.

our soloist was going to be someone else but hes an idiot wonderfull player but an idiot.
