  • This does work if you supplement it in to a regular workout routine you will see a difference. Like all workout programs diet and patients is key. these workouts aren't for people looking for a quick fix, and if that is what you're looking for go stick a finger down you throat and you will get instant results.

    Start by planing a health and intelligent diet,

    Fatloss workout and some muscle pumping.

    Ps: try eating food that fills your Stomach but doesnt have that much calories.(Bread,)

  • So this is a 4 minute circuit routine to target fat loss, I would have liked to see the demonstrator do a complete 4 minutes of exercises to see how someone in shape responds to this type of workout.......those box jumps looked like it wore him out and he didn't even do 30 seconds....good tips though thanks

  • what do you do if you cant do the Box Jumps? i cant fucking dothem :S

  • start with a smaller box n concentrate on sticking the landing...it'll come eventually...you'll lose weight and gain a lot of athletism doing this type of training as apposed to static, bodybuilding weights training

  • I like your curcuit, but instead of just completing it on video you should have someone do it as an example. You could talk about your body positing and form while completing them. Show what parts on the body each motion is targeting.
