That was just an airplane. Look at the upper left. The whispy ghost-like stuff was the Aurora. On the higher resolution video at home, you actually see it twist around as it progresses. At these lower latitudes, aurora glows red. But unfortunately, can't see that in B&W.
Earthquakes also occurred shortly after this...wonder why...HAARP...
