As a man who served in the State Defense Force (New York Guard) I am outraged! 1st. LT Behenna should be honored as a HERO, not tossed in jail!!!
I am the Host of an internet only radio show called FIREFOXNEWS ONLINE and tonight (21-FEB-2011) I aired this story and called on my listeners to call on their members of Congress and the Senate to fight for his release and all charges and specs erased from his record.

While I don't have the direct address just yet, (but I will in a moment), I just had to post something here while I was thinking about it! This is unbelievable to me. This soldier was doing HIS JOB, which was and is to PROTECT OUR FREEDOM!! And, this is how our goverment THANKS him for that??!!! There is something seriously wrong with the Justice Department if they are thinking that it is o.k. to PUNISH these soldiers for DOING THEIR JOBS!!!
Michael, your picture is on our refrigerator door. You and the other nine soldiers are never far from our thoughts and prayers. We are with you and your family and know soon that right will win. Take care and stay strong. We've got your back now!
