Its an MMO that tries to be Ragnarok, Farmville and Furcadia. In my brief experience with it. I had a lot of severely encounters with very lame, uninviting, mute, rude people with sexy avatars who wanted little to do with me and were off in their own world completely imbued in the game and drowning in their ego Also a million bots.
Those are some really pretty intense feelings, but I must politely disagree. I've played all of those games, and have found it in no way "tries to be" any of them. It may have its similarities, but as you said so yourself, your experience with it has been brief. Sure, there are rude people, but there are always going to be rude people in any online game. Just ignore them or blacklist them, I see no reason why it should affect your gameplay.
@xxBeautifulxDeathxx Thanks for the kind response. I agree, experiences are subjective, but I believe that new players do not get a very good reception. They are greeted with a million kill stealing bots and humans are few and far between :P
The spam on the screen makes me lol, because thats all I see when I tried Mabinogi and it turned me off, alongside the 1293821931 bots.
