  • It worked for me! Thank you!

  • Excellent. Thank you!

  • Helluva conversation for a meditation clip. Aren't you supposed to meditate with your eyes closed and not read all that crap? Whoops, guilty.... moving on.

  • Twice now, I have come close to reaching a meditative state, but before I could get into it, I sort of freaked out because my hreathing was getting really shallow (naturally I breathe in quote deeppy

  • My further super usual paranormal mystical occurrences experience comes from the trace track distance from 16 years old.

    16才から軌跡道程から更なる超常神秘体験が訪れる。

  • the truth is we are not what we seem the body is only a vessal the spirit is the true perception the mind is but the cloud to help us see this world open your spirit and for the first time you will see what is unseen you will perceive what is not there and you will know the unknown - message from a shaman

  • @Faithswarrior159

...and for those that need help understanding the words of said shaman, should look up "spirit science" and begin to open their minds and hearts :)

    -message from a shaumbra

  • @Faithswarrior159 I did this like a year ago.. changed my life... Really, i also go on with my normal life, but i am awear of everything...

    RV,. (18yo)

  • @Faithswarrior159

    have you experienced these things?

  • @Faithswarrior159 3 things in life that can help lead to success; health, wealth and knowledge of yourself. The latter part I think is the most difficult considering what we think we know of our own self is nothing more than the surface of an ice glacier. I think we have come about and settled on different interpretations of what is the unknown, especially in of ourselves.

  • i stared so long at the picture that it started moving..

  • guys! plz! stop the deep talk thingy! you are making me damn nervous. be aware that by your words you offend other religious belief's which is something discreet and unprofound to do.

  • @ShadyGeorge232 and above all that, all your talking here is subjective!! an opinion or a consciousness is individual! so please stop the nonsense.

and I might add, for everyone who wants to meditate to this soundtrack right here I suggest you a) get this track in a much better quality or b) get filigree headphones and hear for yourself... I suggest a) which I'm about to do.

    Love.

  • @ShadyGeorge232 If a person takes offense to something it's their problem. They keep them selves open to being offended, so its entirely their fault. Simply say "What ever" and move on, and you won't be offended.

  • Very powerful, thank you.

  • Sometimes I think that we have never left Heaven, our lives are just like a virtual simulation created by the Almighty. Many people believe this reality is an illusion, as if we are actually wearing a virtual simulator helmet while we sit in Heaven, and when we physically die, the simulation shuts off, and we wake up in Heaven. We were always in the Lords presence, we never left to begin with.

  • Very useful.

  • If reality is what we perceive, then our body is a perception, thus our brain is a perception. In order for it, along with the rest of this reality which we live in to be a perception, then soul exists. Soul is then our true essence. That which cannot be limited by physical world. This isn't a religious belief or a theory, this has been proven by science. The perceiver must not belong to this reality. Our soul, who we are, belongs somewhere else...in other dimension.

The true goal is to wake up

  • Thank you

  • I move the world. I change the world economy. I return time. I rewind the history. I come back to past one point of my life. I start again. My life my love.

    世界を動かす。世界経済を動かす。時間を戻す。歴史を巻き戻す。人生過去一点に立ち上がり舞い戻る。やり直す。

  • Can you actually leave your body?I've tried millions of times and It still dunt work any advice??

  • @TheAmberStrider That's your problem. Trying to leave the body actually makes it more difficult. Try to set your intention on leaving your body, but don't "prepare" for it. Let it come to you.

  • Glorious ..

  • This is great for intense meditation I can feel it ....deep inside ..

  • it unsettles me a little bit, why?

  • your brain is not you, your spirit is you.

    Seek and you will find.

  • @gmobriseno

You brain is not you. Your soul is not you. Your spirit is not you. YOU are outside of these - brain/soul/spirit/bla bla bla...

  • In my opinion, every time we fall asleep, we leave our body. Through personal experience, I tend to wake up in the morning, and feel like I wasn't in reality for a moment of time, I do have some lucid dream experiences, where I know that I am aware, and consciously participating in my dream environments, for example, walking into strangers houses without them noticing me, or flying at will.

  • @Jhartsock123 that's called small death .....

  • Meditation is I thinking about recalling back and being at peace with yourself about what you did not so much leaving it blank it is not possible because your mind is always at motion, once your at peace with yourself about what you did then It starts to go blank by itself, I have learned to control most emotions by meditating at least 5 hours , sometimes falling asleep.....

  • Video Responses

  • tooo deep =/

  • Amazing to do homework in.

  • Your brain is not You. Your brain is simply a computer that connects to the body and regulates all its functions properly without manual control. Your conscience, Your thoughts, Your awareness of your existance, is the real you, your spirit self.

  • @Jhartsock123 Can you back up that statement with scientific evidences? I've always been interested in this potential phenomenon.

  • @Jhartsock123 which is all located in the frontal lobes of the brain I believe. Therefore ur brain is you.

  • @Jhakaro My brain is not I, yours might be, but not mine. My brain is not I, and I am not my brain, it is a tool that I use to physically perceive this 3 dimensional world. Without a body, spirit can travel anywhere at will, cannot be damaged, or destroyed, but it cannot participate physically in our 3 dimensional world.

  • @Jhartsock123 Maybe so, nice philosophy, but it's still only a belief in what you've read in books written by idiots. They wouldn't say such things if they knew that people should firstly learn love, authenticity, individuality and letting go of falsehood and egoism. Traveling spirit? Travel inwards.

  • @philospheros Which comment are you referring to?

  • @Jhartsock123 Which is all produced, handled, and filed where?

  • @Jhartsock123 i'd call "spirit" a resultant of the machinery

  • @Jhartsock123 Your brain is not a computer. It is an active/reactive machine that regulates your body for you.

  • @FutaSarah5000 Which is basically a computer. Our brain is like the motherboard inside a computer, it connects with all the other hardware inside the computer to ensure that they all function, and communicate with each other properly. The Power Supply in a computer, metaphorically speaking, could represent our physical Heart. Without the Power Supply, a computer could not send electric signals to the other components of the computer.

  • @FutaSarah5000 The Power Supply (Heart) would pump electric current into every other component in the computer, similar to pumping blood to all the organs in the Human body.

  • @Jhartsock123 far out man.far out.

have your ever tried reflective thought?

The Idea of one's self as an object of thought.

  • @Jhartsock123 ORLY?

  • @Jhartsock123 except those things are from your brain. your large frontal lobe allows self-awareness, and complex thought. but that isn't to say that your soul, or spirit, doesn't exist.

  • @Monkey123443 the observer is not found in the frontal lobe. they have found no place in the brain for an observer.

  • @Jhartsock123 best thing to think about at the moment

  • @Jhartsock123 And the process of accessing our consciousness is all part of the journey; we are what we want to be and choice is the ultimate freedom that creates are life and our reality. In this age there are many things that keep us distracted and "controlled" which creates many troublesome obstacles, but in the end we have the choice to do what we want to listen to and accept. We are of creation and beauty from Source, there are no limits.

  • No truer words ever said than that janeyanna

  • önskar man kunde gilla....

  • it really works! i almost fall asleep.....

  • ty so muuch!!!

  • i was so relaxed listening i fell asleep lol...awesome track

  • Epic Adeventure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • THUMBS UP IF YOU THINK THIS MUSIC IS BETTER THAN RAP MUSIC

  • @drewpdrew2004 stop making competition and relax :P thats what its about.

  • n e music.... forget lyrics pure cosomic sound is EPIC

  • @drewpdrew2004 Why down one and up the other? The beauty of different pieces of music is that you get to appreciate the artist' craft for what it is, no matter where it's coming from. Have a blessed day.

  • @drewpdrew2004 Any music is better than rap music

  • @MegaPieMuffin yeah,nowadays lol

  • @MegaPieMuffin Rap is not music. Its rhythmic hate mantras

  • @NaggarIndia Rap IS music. However, many of the modern rappers have been notorious for having hateful, and if I may say, worthless lyrics (e.g. "Gangsta Rap"). The piece we are listening to right now could have easily been changed by adding a distant singing voice blurting out hate and profanity, and that would reduced a lot of its value. Rap is a musical style. It's just unfortunate that many in it right now give into primitive and carnal instincts.

  • @ArcturusLeng Rap is definitely music. 'Primitive and carnal instincts' are its message, same as rock n roll. Its 'truths' are what make it popular, it reflects 'people' with today's mindset. Music often becomes to complicated and 'mental'. Modern Jazz was replaced with Rock n Roll, a visceral feeling, bypassing the mind. You may not like it, but it is real. It brings music full circle. It's not Rap that's the problem, it is men who need its expression.
  • @fntime I agree wholeheartedly that rap is music. However, you are arguing that rap music uses only particular kinds of lyrics. Rap rhythm and music are separate from what an artist puts in the lyrics.

  • @MegaPieMuffin Some rap is very good though and actually speaks the truth... I respect your opinion though!

  • @MegaPieMuffin /watch?v=hIsh1J4FbKU

  • @MegaPieMuffin

Correction any music is the the depressing country music even tho it may be bad in my opinion over all i love all music and everything just so special in its own way to be one with ur self u must be one els too let go of things u dislike and learn to like them

  • @619Califas619 Ive seen your user name before not just sure where

  • @MegaPieMuffin uh not really you ugly unintelligible plus the billion and something young people on the planet disagree with you, loser.getting 12 thumbs up when your radio t.v kids on buses in college in air planes trains etc all listen to it,dumb fuck

  • @MegaPieMuffin concious rap is some of the best music, wakes people up to the realities of life

  • @MegaPieMuffin it's true that mainstream rap is all about the ego, but have you ever heard 90's hip-hop? I'm a man coming from a mostly rock and metal background and I still have much respect for that time when it had REAL artistic value. One of my favs /watch?v=9lDanfiEySA

  • @TheRealSlaveZero Have to admit , im a 16 year old and thats the first time that i heard " I'm a man coming from a mostly rock and metal background and I still have much respect for that time when it had REAL artistic value." Truly I hate my generation.

  • @flow383 I forgot to mention I love music ranging from Beethoven, indian sitars to hardcore techno and powernoise, but i rock and metal was during jr./high school. I'm not the only one sharing the opinion you can't be closed minded with music, even with something as personal taste, cause we're conditioned into liking all that, mostly jus to comform to your surroundings. These days popular music equals garbage, with the catchy & repetitive (oh, so repetitive) choruses, of course with exceptions..

  • @TheRealSlaveZero you inspire me to do music , good sir. Honestly, as cheesy as it sounds you do inspire me.

  • @flow383 I'm glad I do :D Do music for yourself and nobody else! Ask for constructive criticism.

  • @drewpdrew2004 hell no lol

  • @drewpdrew2004 better than rap yes, better than hip hop, idk. see you may find it difficult to understand but hip hop is miss-interpereted as rap. hip hop is a culture, hip hop music is a voice for the voiceless. rap, on the other hand is the garbage you hear on the radio and see on tv. everyone has their own opinion but this is more of bias and facts combined. i still love this music because it makes my brain feel good and helps me do school work.

  • @Ricardo6464 AGREED!!!100%

  • @Ricardo6464 raps amazing so shush u nerd

  • @AkimboKinGs Rap is amazingly bad. It prepares the soul for eternal hell. Blaming others

with explosive words of anger and hate. There is no love to be found in Rap.

  • @NaggarIndia That is not rap..that is crap....Way to have an open mind on such a beautiful song.

  • @Ricardo6464 Hip Hop is filled with words and feeling of lust and ego. There is no culture in it. A lot of it, is just plain degenerate.

  • I looked at the comments to see if there was a scary pop-up!

  • Soothing, sensual meditation track. Thanks for posting!

  • 3:00 litle bit creepy, but that's really nice music

  • DRILPI DROLN FAAIP

  • @TheZortaw you astral projected, congrats ^.^

  • Arcy genialna ścieżka dźwiękowa do medytacji, wprowadzająca w nieznany dotąd wymiar. Wystarczy zamknąć oczy i spojrzeć głęboko w siebie, ażeby dostrzec jedyną swego rodzaju osobliwość, jaką jest nasza dusza i wewnętrzny świat.

  • this earthling is breathin'?

  • SOL OM ON. RA

  • Although I have only interacted with a handful of music of Meditation this sound track is extremely helpful. I give gratidude for all.

  • im scared o.O

  • @MrKooL92 all it takes is enough interest in the subject to do the research. And the CORRECT research. The only way ill believe something is if i find various sources that display the same information, and worded DIFFERENTLY. I also have a friend who was brought up with this spiritual stuff and i talked about everything ive found with him, and his mom, and his grandmother. Ive found to be on the right track with MOST of everything i found. be very discerning with what you read online or in book

  • Nice. Mmmmm.

  • @TheZortaw

Maybe you just fell asleep. :P

  • hm. this is to @TheZortaw. im PRETTY damn sure that isnt true, because all it takes is one thought for your astral body to snap back into your physical body. theres absolutely no way you can get trapped in the astral planes. your astral body is connected to your physical body by the silver cord, which is only cut at death. SO, if your always connected to your physical body, theres no way that you couldnt get back to it. GEEZ LOUIS SCARE THE GUY WHY DONTCHYA! astral travel is harmless.

  • @madsteez15 what is your source of this knowledge. Just curious.

  • @MrKooL92 Many books have been written by prominent Astral Projectors, Robert Monroe, Tom Campbell, Marilynn Hughes, etc and everyone of them says the same thing that just a thought will bring you back to your astral projection. Since AP is widely taught now, if that wasn't the case then it would be contested. Its not widely accepted, its widely known that you can not get stuck in the astral plane unless of course you die yourself in which case you would be returning to your natural form

  • @madsteez15 Well, in all actuality, 'you' never leave 'your' body at all, since 'you' are an illusion created by the interaction of neurons in 'your' brain. To take 'you' 'out' of 'your' brain, you have to stop 'your' neurons, leading to the annihilation of 'you'.

  • @janeyanna 'what' 'are' 'you' 'talking' 'about' :)

  • 'About' 'brains' :D

  • @janeyanna 'you' are not your brain. your brain is a part of 'you' 'you' exist in this world through 'your' brain. 'my' brain is a vehicle in which 'I' am able to exist in this dimension. without 'my' brain 'i' dont annihilate 'i' just cannot exist in this particular dimension

  • @MrCipres0 How do you know that?

  • @janeyanna i dont, you choose your theories to believe in and i choose mine. you felt obliged to share yours so i returned the favor

  • @MrCipres0 Uh... but you don't *believe* in theories. You either accept or reject them, both on scientific reasons.

Also, I have data, real, actual data, showing that what I say is correct. You know, like hundreds of thousands of case studies about Alzheimer's, Traumatic Brain Injury, brain tumors, Split Brain, various mental illnesses etc. They all show that when you change the brain, you change the 'person'. From there follows that the 'person' is a product of the brain.

  • @janeyanna no need to get all sassy like the other youtubers... not necessary if im trying to explain the body as a vessel for your spirit to exist in doesnt that makes since that if your brain were damaged you wouldnt act the same as you did before? so i dont see how the traumatic brain injury makes a difference. if your car engine is breaking down your car isnt going to run the same anymore it seems to be the same case. and peoples personalities change over time even without physical cause

  • @MrCipres0 What use would a 'spirit' have that doesn't carry your experience and behaviour? It'd be an inconsequential addition to the current understanding of the universe, so why even postulate it?

Also you still haven't provided any evidence for the existence of spirits or extra dimensions.

  • @janeyanna 'What use would a 'spirit' have that doesn't carry your experience and behaviour?' im not sure i understand what you mean??but quantum physicists have evidence of extra dimensions with the study of electrons coming in and out of existence and it has been recorded and photographed. of course it is only a theory since we will never REALLY know where they go...but they do go somewhere which is enough to know there is more than just 'here'

  • @MrCipres0 Some string theories predict additional dimensions, but we haven't been able to perform experiments testing them. So: we don't know if they are correct -> We don't know if the extra dimensions are even likely to exist.

There are virtual particles that spontaneously come out of a non-observable state and drop back into it again. We don't know if they drop into a 'there', that is distinct from the 'here'. Maybe they just stop to exist altogether.

  • Your argument consists of the invocation of untested theories and some just-so speculation about something that we cannot possibly know at the given time. This is, at best, a sparse foundation.

How you get from virtual particles to a complex structure like a 'spirit', I don't know.

  • Also I feel slightly amused by the mental image of some glowing nebula-thing sitting in an injured brain's driver's cabin, hitting the wheel with its tiny nebulous fists, shouting "Work already, motherf*cker, wooork!!"

How come spirits can hop between dimensions and steer brains but not fix them?

  • @TheZortaw I think that was astral projection, don't let your mind wonder of like that. When you are trapped in the astral planes there's no chance of coming back.

  • @Jimbwert Can You tell me who whants to return ? Are You wondered by somenthing earth bound ? Im not hating , just a question . Peace

  • This is so relaxing. Thank you for the piece of mind. The chatter seems to stop for a while. My mind is so busy all the time. Kids, school, work, finances, pets and the house. What a nice way to spend the afternoon.

  • great :)

  • so calming. thank you.

    meditation?

  • Thank you

  • Nom myo ho renge kyo.. Perfect to speak aloud while chanting. The vibrations of your voice will be very calming. The phrase pretty much means respect, teaching, and being latent. If you're serious about meditating, you should try it.

  • do you go in space if you do this lol
