You do know the source material, right? EVERYONE in this game is related. (Short version: Kenshiro, Raoh, Toki and Jagi are adopted brothers. Shin is Kenshiro's friend-turned-nemesis and one of the Nanto Generals, the others of which include Rei, Juda and Thouther; Jagi turned Shin against Kenshiro. Rei is Mamiya's lover and Kenshiro's ally.  Raoh killed Mamiya's family and is the final villain of the series. Mr. Heart works for Shin. Did I get all that right?)
