I'm so glad to hear that Rose is coming back! I cried so much the last episode of series 2. I liked Martha, but she just couldn't replace Rose in my heart and I have yet to see series 4 with Donna.

heres what i think. at the end of last seasons torchwood the doctor came to get jack and withthe rifts opening up i think rose slips threw one. and thats how she comes back.

The Doctor never came for Jack, he came to refuel the TARDIS because theres the rift in Cardiff so it's ideal to re-fuel there.
