oil was made 150 a barrel by the bankers, so when the mid east got used to the profits from that oil they would offer them huge loans, which wouldve been easy to pay off with 150 a barrel oil. then they opened up the oil fields in Russia & flooded the market, dropping the price to 30 a barrel. Now the gov'ts of the mideast nations have these huge loans they can never pay back. all thats left is for them to default and the banks to seize the collateral (infrastructure) like they r doin in the US
