oh what you have to do is turn it off and leave it for a day, and unplug everything, and i mean EVERYTHING. The next day, turn it on, but only have your av cable and the power cable plugged in, not even the hard drive. It should be gone. Then turn it off and plug everything else back in.

Then turn of then turn it on and then it should work for a while but eventually you will have to repeat it agian or never if ur lucky.
