Hi do you know if the spring roll paper is made with wheat or rice?  Some people are allergic to wheat so rice paper would be better for some.

In Thailand they called them "Spring Rolls", but without deep fried they called 'em "Fresh Spring Rolls" but in the US like you said they called 'em Egg rolls. I used to wonder why they call 'em that, cuz I didn't see any egg,.... but now I know why.
