  • At least V14... Need to become a ninja to try that boulder problems...

  • whats with all those taped fingers? do you take time to recover from your trainings? if it ain't injuries i do recommend you to no longer use the tapes. the tapes take stress of your finger pulleys. if you tape healthy fingers they won't get the right incentives. this will cause that the pulley's wont adept to the load they have to carry, what results in weak pulley's that'll tear apart quickly.

  • You kinda look clumsy dude, keep training, still need a lot to become ninja warrior, still rookie you are.

  • no technique at all and he's not even that strong.... what a poser

  • learn to climb buddy

  • woah calm down on those V 0 i dont think anyone could climb those

  • those 1 arm pull ups were wimp!!!!

  • those holds are massive, V3 at most!

  • you look like a tool and a douche bag, but you are beastly. props.

  • hah I recognize this gym. You MUST me mormon! :]

  • I'm 20, but I want to start training and become fit, strong, flexible and much more

I too am amzed at the guys that go to Ninja Warrior, and even though it might be too late to join...I want to train to become as close as I can

    Can you advice me?

  • @JASanchezCid You'd be surprised how much simple puch ups, pull ups, crunches, and squats do. If you're not in the best of shape, that's always a good start, then try adding weight (or for the puch and pull ups, change hand positioning or try one arm). Chances are you'll be doing TONS of them before long, where NixSeraph could probably help you more than me.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention: CARDIO! Start running, sprinting, etc... Uphill preferrably. And don't forget to warm up and STRETCH.

  • lol v0's...niice

  • pff anyone could do that, if your related to chuck norris

  • youd definately be able to survive a zombie apocolypse

  • any of the guys who do v6 and up could easily do everything you do in this video. This kind of makes you seem like a tool.

  • @loriensleafs How does that make him seem like a tool? He posted a video of himself training. Looks like a solid workout plan to me.

  • @loriensleafs I currently climb around v6-v7ish and I still find the 1 hand pull ups to be fairly impressive. I might be able to do 2 on a ring, but those things are pretty hard for someone who works on v3s.

  • sos un novato!!!!!! you are a rookie one.

  • sorry ur a really bad climbing just saying

  • I am awesome and everything I do is awesome.

  • he does those beast training excersises and then climbs like V2... what?

  • This vid made me laugh. :D

  • @tabben44 Same here, haha

  • who gives a fuck about his climbing...fuck that..dudes strong as hell

  • @MickieDsNuts lmao what do you mean who gives a fuck about his climbing it says bouldering in the title XD

  • yeah, i'm not one for criticizing others but... while many of the things you do on here are impressive, you lack a lot of technique in you're climbing. Looks like you were doing, at best, V4 (gym ratings of course). Someone with your strength should be climbing like V8 indoors if they have the proper technique... work on that because Ninja Warrior is a shit ton of body control (similar to climbing). Other than that, you've got a great shot at it. Hope to see you on there.

  • Why don't you show a one finger pullup? I can do 3 with one finger.

And you suck at climbing, sorry to say..

  • @Mkalola shut up troll lets see a video of you doing a one finger pull up

  • @JasonXtK If i had a good video camera, i would do it..

Subscribe, and i'll maybe do a video of it

  • I have to be honest, while allot of the things illustrated in the video were amusing, single arm pull-ups are pretty hard to do for the best of us. But my little sister has more technique climbing than you, and to add wtf is with the chalked up foot for kicking the punch bag? id quite like to chalk my hand then bitch slap you, im sure it would look just as impressive my friend. ;)

  • try straighter arms for the iron cross when you're starting and then start bending after you get the hang of that, bent arms are better for your joints on it but it's easier to get the muscle control for your back for starters

  • psshh, I can do 12 finger pullups

  • needs a haircut

  • bad music, you're in love with yourself, nothing but jugs, good job wasting chaulk to kick a punching bag. Anyone who's in decent shape can do everything you just did without a problem.

  • the kicks right at 30-34 leave the guy waay open for a shot to the chest. if the other guy was kicking same side, same form they'd both go down. fail.

  • i think you need more tape at your fingers at 2.30 lol oh and by the way learn some teck or for your safety dont leave the gym...rock are dangerous for matcho men

  • some dibs for the exercises, but take care not to fall in love with yourself dude... |p

  • at 2:29 YOUR NOT EVEN DOING THAT

  • wow dude im gald u can climb on jugs

  • I think you watched too many Ninja movies.

  • 2:18 is an incredible amount of tape.

  • Your a wanker not a ninja

  • your kind of a vagina man.

  • did you chalk up your foot to kick that bag?

    hahaha

  • Yeah...... he did.. That is not even funny...

  • :D funny video ..

    keep goin :)

  • hey pink boy

  • dude, too much strength and no technique =P

  • Nice workout.

I think your strength is better then mine but in the actual bouldering i will own you.

  • Comment removed

  • Another great video! Impressive pulling strength and endurance for 1 workout.

  • nix seraph, you are just buff, thats all. besides you have no spiritual training nor the fighting aspect down.

  • He's a black belt at Korean martial arts

  • yes they can

I am going to become one

    just wait and see

  • That is hard on forearms

  • you look pretty fit but

everyone knows white dudes cant be ninja

  • GReat training dude ! i hope you win ninja warrior ! ^^,

  • own that shit!!! imna watch u!

  • training in every way! running climping weight lifting a little bit of ginnastic! yeeeah! i hope to see you at ninja warrior ! :D

  • you should be using your middle and ring fingers for those pocket pullups, not your middle and fore fingers. The middle two fingers on your hands are the strongest ones. I know it feels weird at first, but if you do 2 finger pullups like that in repetition, you might tweak a tendon. And that just sucks.

Also if you can climb multiple trips on the campus board, the backwards bouldering on ninja warrior is nothing to worry about. They all looked like jugs on the show.

  • Dude try rock climbing going backwards without feet

    its on Ninja Warrior

  • I'll have to try that.

  • Awesome,

How many one arm pull-ups and chin-ups can you do when holding your arm at elbow

  • @NixSeraph

Your that strong and u havent campused before at the climbing gym??? Im very surprised u ahvent tried that cuz ur a beast

  • Your muscular endurance is phenomenal, can you put warped wall training in your next vid? I think if you practiced parkour it will hone your ability's and help you on how you approach an obstacle. Good luck and sasuke 22 is your's -Bryan Legge-

  • would you consider 14 too old to get into martial arts?

    you're a beast btw =D

  • I don't want to sound cliche here, but the truth is "You are NEVER too old to start something." No, 14 is NOT too old to start martial arts. Martial arts--whether the style is Japanese, or Korean, or Chinese, or South American, or whatever--is a fantastic way to hone your talents and abilities, provide you with a greater sense of security, and give you an overall healthy, physically fit body. I say: DO IT! Peace.

  • haha...i just don't wanna be stuck with a bunch of 9 year olds who can beat me up. do they usually split up classes based on age?

  • They usually have a kid's class (ages 4 to 12), then a teenage class (ages 13 to 17), then an adult's class (ages 18+). Don't worry too much, though. I'm sure you'll be able to defend yourself against the 9 year olds just fine if the above age example isn't the case. Take care.

  • You seem to be very good at pull up's, one armers etc. But what grade do you actually boulder? I tend to find the effectiveness of pull ups drops off hugely once you go over 10+ reps.

  • Using the United Kingdom Technical Grade System, I'd say I usually boulder around a 5c, 6a and sometimes a 6b difficultly grade. As far as the pull-ups go....mostly they're strength training for the Ninja Warrior competition, not exclusively for bouldering. Ninja Warrior requires an incredible amount of both strength and endurance, and I find doing workout sets with LOTS of reps will prepare me best for the obstacles I'll be facing. Thanks for your comment.

  • damn impressive strength with that rock climbing dude

  • you keep improving man your going to be a ninja warrior!

  • keep doing that shit! you'll soon get there.

  • you definitely deserve 500+ subscribers...

  • Well, I did my best. 350+ Can't complain too much. Peace.

  • @NixSeraph Have u been on the show yet? U look strong enough to make a good attempt at it. Also, practice Warped Wall if u haven't already, it seems to be a very specific technique that catches many many people out if they haven't practiced it.

  • keep it up ninja warrior champ

  • great training.
