Nicely done. What sort of audio file did you use on this project. That sound issue that you have sounds like what happens when you use an mp3 file instead of a WAV or AIFF file version run at a frequency of 48khz. Do a search for "Audio glitches when using MP3s" on a place like Creative Cow forums for further details.
