But, as her voice matured, and she wasn't around people with accents as much, it has changed. It happens. All the time.

Who said it was supposed to be included on the deluxe edition of her debut album? This song WAS on her debut album, but only as an exclusive track from Target's release. Target pulls that kind of crap all the time as an incentive for people to buy from them instead of the competitors. Come In With the Rain was also an exclusive track on their version of the album. Seeing as how I have both, I don't have to settle for listening to a live version on YouTube or anywhere else for that matter.
