How to fix wifi problems on your Nextbook Premium7 "firmware update"

I too am having problems with getting wifi connectivity. I have tried the steps outlined in your video but right when I am supposed to get the "firmware update" pop up, I get an error message instead. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I tried the tablet at a McDonalds hot spot and it worked but was really slow. Therefore I can assume that the available firmware upgrade is my solution.

The error message keeps coming up. The title is "Invalid Firmware image" and goes on to state " Found a invalid firmware image file '/mnt/sdcard.update.img'. Would you like to delete it?

Please help if you know how I can get this firmware update completed.

so my serial number starts with YF12110 i dont see any serial number matches for the firmware updates and i cant connect with my wifi. any ideas?

So i did the update and it went through and everything and it says my wifi is excellent tries to connect and disconnects. any other ideas??

yeah i downloaded it and it went thru and everything but still not working, it shows that my connection is good, i have dbl checked the password several times and it tries to connect then disconnects. not sure what to do next

I never had a problem with my wifi for my nextbook 7 but my youtube player and some other apps would not work properly so I went to their website and downloaded the firmware update and now I am not able to keep a wifi connection more than a sec. Is there a way to fix this. I tried factory reset and downloading from the other two site links and nothing worked.
