actually it is by the postal service ....Iron & Wine recorded the cover which was released as a B-side on the postal service single....although the Australia version adopts the chords from the Iron & Wine version.

the song is SUCH GREAT HEIGHTS by THE POSTAL SERVICE.. the chinese cook sang this when they were around the bonfire.. it's not somewhere over the rainbow.. try listening to the chords again and check the progression of the chords..
