I have the T40 and it blows the pants off the Bose companions ..

On these speakers.. my personal preference..

I keep the bass rocker fixed at 40% and the treble at around 60%.

It usually plays everything very well at these settings.

I have these speakers. Very very good SQ.

But.... my only grabble in the ported bass sound compared to a stand alone subwoofer..

The bass sounds a big too tight... there isn't a nice deep sound on the low end.

The mids, and high however sound real crisp and accurate. I love these speakers for the price.. hard to beat.

nice deep soundstage with a pretty good phantom center for such cheap fucks..nice! I recommend even for pro mixing / mastering as a good reference

the power from these bitches are amazing I'm using them right now. best speakers u can buy that's affordable and powerful I think they are a lot better than logitec crap from personal experience with both

you have to put the treb and bass at the 50% position for the highest quality sound. (having them on max vanishes the midrange)
