Also if you want to build a bunker in Antarctica you do not need to take so much food and water. Just take a nuclear battery and you can melt glacier water and grow your food in a green house. Hell if you took that much water it would just end up frozen anyway so it would definatly make more sense to just melt the ice that is already there you can dig down to the older ice if you are so woried about fallout.
