Stanmore used to be a smash, we hit that yard about 10 times in a matter of around 2 years (1997-1999) and never had one issue in there, used to cut the fence next to the big open car park and you would think getting in there was bait as it was wide open but it was always dead no one there and my guess is that no one ever watched the camera that was there looking down the fence as no one ever came EVER, loads of proper all nighters in there.

When graffiit was live and 25% of boys from 13 until about 18 or so on graffed. Now its like 5%, graffiit will never be the same again because of shit getting buffed all the time and theres not the same idea where graffers had respect for each other. Yeah same when i was in year 7 in like 2002 i saw character and full coloured peaces on met line around northwood and harrow, I head that zonk went to prison for killing someone and most of them just old now i think and the government scared the shit out of all young kids who were going to graff so they kinda broke the cycle

Mixed feelings: NYC in the 80s. The trains were exciting, uncomfortable and largely a disaster. Rolling anarchy. Scares little kids. Sometimes, the art was superior, and that was a treat. Mostly tomcat tags. Now, everything's scrubbed down and becoming more Orwellian. A little real art would be nice. Interesting footage. In 1989 London, I did not see graffiti - not on the trains themselves.
