Feller from Newfoundland here, just wanted to say, great singing, and im a man of the according and fiddle, and I must say your fiddlers, playing is just as beautiful as the fiddler her self :) good match
Heey Uncle Rodney, where did u do the Video, cause it looks like where dad and i go fishing lol :P well the river does.. Love the video, thanks for letting your Neice know u have all of these :@
Great job Rodney. I'm looking forward to the CD release at the Finlandia. I've passed on all the information about the Toronto performance to a few friends and my son Chris lives near Hugh's Room so I'm sure he'll be there
Rodney, I've been a fan of your music since I picked up "The Big Lonely" passing though TB on our way to Wabakimi in 2004. Both Laura and I greatly enjoy that CD, and we can't wait to hear your new CD in March.
One of these years when we are up on the North Shore canoeing we'll hopefully catch a performance.
I met you when you played in Wawa at the kayak symposium few years back. I am in Texas right now- so the vid was great therapy! Congratulations on your new CD.
It's an Ian Tamblyn song and Megan Seargeant is playing the fiddle on the video but it's Don Reed your hearing. Megan has toured with the Kam Valley Fiddlers and lives on the Kaministiquia River she agreed to fill because Don lives in Sudbury and we couldn't canoe that far!
This is a great video! Great music, voices, and scenery. I watch it often to "chill out". I am a black spruce junkie, myself and love bogs!!!

Oh.. and Don Reed is a three time North American Fiddle
Champion who has recorded with many legendary country artists. He's also a very nice guy who liked my songs!
