@jbizzle231 Do you think the right to organize is contingent on what is being produced? Making a sub is less worthy of fair treatment than making a car? What makes the two different?

I wanna help out the jimmy john's near my area and an arby's. Any ideas on how to help get it started? I know two guys who work at the arby's, I'm thinking about making small pamphlets and secretly giving it to an employee every now and then or just giving it to the guys I know to distribute. But what info should I have in my pamphlet?
Go to the Jimmy Johns Union's website (there's a link to it on iww dot org) and send them an email asking how to help out. Besides that, just talk to workers and try to convince them to join the iww. Solidarity!!!
If you are not getting overtime pay for working overtime hours, then you have a case and have my full support.
If you are getting sexually harassed, then you do not need a Union. Get a Lawyer and sue.
If you are not getting compensation for delivery using your own car, then you have a case have my full support.
Improved wages, scheduling, sick days, basic fairness for part time workers? Next they will want full medical and dental insurance and vacation days.
